How much does counseling cost?

At Renewal Center we have done as much as possible to ensure that our services are affordable to everyone. We will check your health insurance benefits and bill them for you. We have worked hard to get in network with your insurance carrier. We are presently able to accept:

• Aetna
• Cigna
• Care Choices
• Magellan
• Medicare
• Medicaid (Macomb County only at this time)
• M-Care
• PPOM
• Tri-Care
• Value Options

If your insurance does not pay for counseling, we offer competitive fees for our services based on your income. Our Initial Intake Form lists our current costs.

In addition, we are a provider for Macomb County Community Mental Health, which means if you have low income or Medicaid and reside in Macomb County, we may be able to provide services for you at little to no cost to you. More information is available on our CMH Services page.

Along with these options, we have an intern on staff who will provide services at greatly reduced prices (about $20 a session). Pastoral Counseling is often available on a reduced fee and donation basis.
